YUKIHIRO "MATZ" MATSUMOTO

Yukihiro "Matz" Matsumoto is the creator of the Ruby programming language. He designed Ruby with a focus on programmer happiness and productivity, guided by the principle of least surprise. Matz works at Heroku as a Ruby fellow, dedicating his time to Ruby's development and evolution. He has been shaping the Ruby community for over three decades and continues to drive the language forward.
